What Matters Most

Working With Intention

My photographs centre on the joy of being together, the quiet love, the laughter and the moments shared with family and friends that carry real meaning.

I photograph weddings the way they feel, not how they’re directed. Images made to live on your walls. Full of connection, energy and real emotion.

Unrushed. Observant. Grounded in what’s actually happening rather than what’s been planned to happen. I’m not interested in recreating trends or manufacturing moments. I’m here to document your day clearly, thoughtfully and with intent.

my Work, At Its Core

My work sits somewhere between documentary and editorial. Honest at its core, beautifully composed at its edges. The kind of imagery that feels effortless, however, is anything but accidental. Showing the fun side of my couples while still remaining beautifully considered and composed.

I work quietly. I read people. I anticipate moments before they unfold. That instinct comes from over a decade of photographing weddings across Yorkshire and far beyond, from intimate gatherings to multi day destination celebrations.

Experience teaches you when to step forward and when to disappear.

What You’ll Notice

Editorial, Not Artificial

I treat weddings with care, never stripping them back to the point where they lose their soul. Depth, warmth and tone are preserved so the work feels rich and timeless rather than flat or overworked. Black and white appears only when it earns its place, adding meaning rather than following fashion.
My editing is considered and consistent. Designed to age well. Designed to still feel like your day years from now.
This is wedding photography for people who care about how things feel as much as how they look.

Yorkshire and Destination Weddings

I’m based in Yorkshire and photograph weddings across the region and beyond. From quiet countryside venues to city celebrations, private estates and destination weddings across Europe and further afield.

Wherever you choose to celebrate, my approach remains the same. Calm. Adaptable. Discreet. With a light, playful presence when the day calls for it. I slot into your day without disruption and photograph it with the same level of care and intention, whether it’s close to home or somewhere far away.

For Couples Who Value Presenc

Most of my couples say the same thing. They want photography that fits around their day, not the other way round. That’s exactly how I work.
I focus on the people around you as much as I focus on you. The small interactions. The reactions you miss. The moments that happen just outside your line of sight. This is how a wedding story becomes layered rather than linear. The result is a body of work that feels complete. Considered. Human.

For Couples Who Value Presence

You’ll notice how little attention the camera asks of you. I work quietly, allowing moments to unfold without interruption so everything stays natural and unforced. You’ll notice you’re rarely pulled away from your guests. Portraits are intentional and efficient, never at the expense of being present in your day. You’ll notice there’s very little direction. Just calm guidance when it adds something, and space when it doesn’t.

That space is where the real moments live. My job is to protect it, not choreograph it.

Behind The Scenes

Setting the Tone

We begin with a relaxed conversation. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a chance to talk through your plans, the atmosphere you’re creating and what matters most to you. If we feel aligned, everything flows from there.

On the Day

I arrive early enough to settle in and warm up creativley. From there, I move with the day rather than controlling it. I work in response to what’s happening, rather than forcing moments into a rigid structure. Calm, even when things feel busy. Quiet when things feel intimate. Fully engaged throughout when the energy is high.

Curating the Work

I edit all your images to a professional standard, and nothing is outsourced. Each image gets edited with my colourful, punchy, and vibrant style. Considered, consistent work that reflects your day honestly and beautifully.

In Preparation

Part of this process includes a carefully considered questionnaire. It’s something my couples genuinely enjoy completing. A way to focus on who you are as a couple, what truly matters to you and how you want your wedding to feel. It allows me to understand you as a couple, not just your timeline.

The Week After The Wedding

Your images are backed up immediately and handled with care, and many copies are made. You’ll receive a small preview shortly after, with a little surprise.

Image Delivery

You receive a beautifully edited collection of wedding images, carefully curated from your day. Your final gallery is delivered through a thoughtfully designed online platform. Easy to use, simple to share, and a pleasure to return to. All presented in a way that reflects the significance of the day itself.

And to Add

In the months leading up to your wedding, I guide you through the planning with quiet intention and consistent support. You’ll receive thoughtful communication at each stage, so nothing feels rushed or uncertain and you’re never left wondering what happens next.

Alongside this, a final call brings everything into focus. Timings, people, energy and flow. This is where experience quietly does its work. Nothing excessive. Just what I need to move through your day with confidence, care and complete attention to what matters most.

If you value presence over performance, and photography that feels refined but deeply human, we’ll likely get on very well.

so to say I do

My Final Thoughts

Experience has shaped my way of working that is measured, instinctive and focused on what genuinely matters, rather than what demands attention. My approach into something quiet, intentional and deeply attuned to people rather than performance.

And at the heart of it, I love what I do.
